The stimulation of innovative learning and teaching practices will be obtained by developing improved opportunities for online conferencing in higher education teaching in the shape of digital hardware that successfully recognise different teaching styles and preferences. Further, by developing educational material to support educator’s competencies to operate conferencing systems in the facilitation of engaging online and blended teaching.
Through the development process, EdViCon engages in the digital transformation by focusing on digital readiness, resilience and capacity.
EdViCon will develop digital readiness, resilience and capacity among the designers, management roles involved in policies and procedures, and users of systems. In the development, we will apply a human-centred perspective and pay attention to service design, innovation and digital interaction. Educators, students, e-learning professionals along with IT support, and higher education policymakers will participate in the development of the innovative teaching and learning practices.
